Deputy Warehouse Supervisor

• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods;
• Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operation to ensure accuracy;
• Organize, facilitate and control stock take at a regular interval;
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded correctly;
• Monitor stock level in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent shortage;
• Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

- 协调和监控货物的接收、存储和发送；

- 监督和控制订单拣货、进货、出货操作，确保准确性；

- 定期组织、促进和控制盘点；

- 通过确保实物库存与仓库管理系统一致来监控和维护库存准确性，并确保正确记录所有库存变动；

- 监控库存水平，以突出最低和过剩水平，从而防止短缺；

- 确保仓库环境的安全并保持访问控制，确保保持5S标准

• Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Attitude: Friendly and good co-operate with other depts / related people, enthusiasm at the work environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English and/or Chinese.

- 商业、物流、库存管理或相关领域的学位优先。

- 曾担任仓库主管或类似管理职位的经验。

- 了解制造流程和供应链管理。

- 良好的沟通技巧，包括口头和书面。

- 精通Microsoft Office和材料管理系统。

- 强大的分析和解决问题的能力。

- 必须能够用英语和/或中文进行交流。
