Mô tả công việc

Conducting feeding trials on improved products/ to evaluate the fish performance.
Research market and competitors: Improve old products, research and develop new ingredients, set up new products, and make cost-saving works through feed formulation.
Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of new products through test programs or market feedback evaluation reports from sales-technical.
Investigate issues that lead to customer complaints. Determine the direction to handle and fix, and send feedback to customers.
Other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Graduate from majors: Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related majors.
At least 5 years of experience in aqua feed.
Experiences in nutrition area, aqua feed industry in Vietnam.
Deep understanding of materials, production, and quality systems.
Communicate well in English.
