• To analyze data for actionable insights, including but non-limited to:
• Identifying the data-analytics problems that offer the greatest opportunities to the organization
• Determining the correct data sets and variables
• Collecting large sets of structured and unstructured data from disparate source.
• Cleaning and validating the data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity
• Devising and applying models and algorithms to mine the stores of big data
• Analyzing the data to identify patterns and trends
• Interpreting the data to discover solutions and opportunities
• Communicating findings to CTO using visualization and other means 

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Management Information System or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Data scientist or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand documents in English clearly and accurately, and able to correctly analyze all the requests
• Experience in working with artificial intelligence systems, recommendation engine, data preparation, feature selection, target metrics, model evaluation, validation.
• Experience in working on big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, Mahout or sklearn, tensorflow, gensim, crfsuite is an advantage.
