Mô tả công việc

- Support and make report required by Supervisors/ Manager.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc. 

- Handle and resolve customer complaints 

- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 

- Provide pricing and delivery information 

- Perform customer verifications 

- Writing and post information to Social networks 

- Details will be discussed in the interview

- Get trained on the job once hired.

- Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – IELTS: 6.5+

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, foreign languages ​​is an advantage

- Fresher priority

- Knowing how to write content is an advantage

Skills: 

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, analytical skills, communication skills.
