Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations aligned with our R&D global processes, including entering customer orders, handling customer inquiries/complaints of moderate scope and complexity, monitoring progress, and creating and communicating basic reports with analysis.
Communicate cross-functionally with subject matter experts in areas such as Sourcing, Intercompany Operations and Transportation to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities which enhance turnaround times.
Be able to comprehend the ERP concept in a short period of time, and apply that to day-to-day transactions.
Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enable standardization and replication of work through effective documentation.
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.
Have primary responsibility for leading customer support activities for critical R&D global processes which enable new product and technology development.
Utilize your customer service experience to support processes such as shipping R&D materials; sourcing inventoried materials; setting up and extending R&D materials; managing factory experiments; documenting R&D knowledge and laboratory results; etc to drive efficiencies.
Fluency in English
Project management experience
Experience coordinating the work of others.
ERP cross-functional process knowledge of others
