• Address customers' requests and queries through emails.
• Analyze customer needs to improve customer relationships and experience.
• Execute order processing and order fulfillment tasks.
• Gather customer feedback from multiple sources including surveys.
• Identify risks with different approaches to business process change.
• Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure customer service operations are effective.
• Provide feedback on how to improve processes.
• Record customers' requests and follow-up actions into the system.
• Support the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for managing customers' concerns.

• Experience in Customer Service in POD is preferable
• Good English skills in listening, writing, reading
• Good problem-solving skill
• Good communication/ negotiation skills
• Customer Service mindset
• Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwork
• Able to work under high pressure
• Computer skills: Excel

8:30AM – 5:30PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)

8:30AM – 4:30PM (6,5 hours/day Saturday)
