• Responsible for organizing and creating content across a variety of channels such as Amazon, our websites, and social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing. Deliver the gift industry's (POD) innovative content direction that is suited to yearly trends and festive events.
• Update market research, trends, and competitors' social media channels' actions regularly. Gain insight into and a hold of the US market.
• Produce communication messages, compose and update scripts for advertising content, and work with the performance team to run appropriate advertising campaigns.
• Manage the team (design, video, and content) and take charge of the amount and quality of material produced on every platform.
• Direct the website's content direction and evaluate articles and outlines. A website's content must comply with SEO guidelines. Track the expansion of articles and adjust keywords and content to improve website traffic.
• For each segment and platform, conduct research on customer behavior, including platform preferences, emerging trends, psychology triggers, demographics, etc. with the goal of improving content quality and raising interaction and conversion rates across channels.
• Monitor the impact and efficacy of campaigns, as well as the performance of creative material across all platforms.
• Other related tasks are assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (with at least 1 year in leading a team of 2 to 3 members)
• Proficient in English (IELTS 7.0 above or equivalent).
• Has the ability to write, edit scripts, and create content.
• Familiarity with American culture. 
• Capacity to study competitors, gather consumer insights, and perform market research.
• Candidates with a background in E-commerce and Retail will be prioritized.
• Able to lead a team; can work independently and collaboratively in a team as well.
