- Tiếp nhận thông tin các vị trí cần tuyển mới nhất từ freeC Asia
- Đăng tuyển và tìm kiếm ứng viên trên MXH hoặc network riêng của mình.
- Sàng lọc hồ sơ phù hợp với các vị trí yêu cầu của công ty.
- Chăm sóc ứng viên và theo dõi các thông tin về tin tuyển dụng, quy trình tuyển dụng liên quan.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, chỉ cần yêu thích công việc tuyển dụng.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các kênh mạng xã hội như Facebook, LinkedIn…
- Là người yêu thích làm việc tự do, chủ động và nhận thu nhập theo năng suất công việc.
- Có khả năng chăm sóc các ứng viên tiềm năng.
