Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College

Bachelor’s degree
Over 2 years of experience as Recruitment & Training Staff
Strong in HRD(training & organizational culture) & ER
Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy
Good at communication and negotiation skill
