• On behalf of the Company's owner, to exercise the rights and obligations of the Company's owner; 
• On behalf of the Company to perform the rights and obligations of the Company, except for the rights and obligations of the Director or General Director. 
• Management, administration and general supervision of all business activities of the Company; 
• Developing goals, strategies and directing the implementation of the Company's business; 
• Representing the Company in external relations, expanding and maintaining relationships with customers and related partners; 
• Personnel management and coordination; 
• Report directly to the Parent Company on the Company's business situation; 
• Assess and minimize risks for the Company in the course of business and operation. 
• Review, appraise and approve assessment reports on the market situation in Vietnam, propose business investment plans for the Parent Company based on those reports; 
• Maintain, search and develop customer network; 
• Implement and supervise the general management of personnel, costs, and business processes for operating activities at the Company; 
• Approve documents and documents according to authority, control and sign reports related to the Company's activities.

1. Native Japanese language proficiency (N1 or higher, able to negotiate business with Japanese corporations)
2. Business efficiency:

(1) Degree: MBA equivalent or higher. To function effectively in one's duties.

(2) Work experience; More than 5 years working experience in Japan

(3) Working experience: More than 5 years working experience in Vietnam

   Total 10 years of work experience or more

(4) Specialized knowledge: Based on qualifications and work experience, the candidate must have professional knowledge at the management level, such as investment, finance, ... or when inviting other professional Japanese companies/enterprises come to Vietnam.

(5) Working in Vietnam is a prerequisite, but can work in Japan if necessary (temporary residence, ETC.)
