In this critical role, you will be the change-maker in driving the strategy and development of marketing, brand, communications and digital activities.

• Develop marketing and communications strategies that support business growth and enhance brand equity.
• Prepare short-term and long-term marketing growth plans.
• Become a strategic partner across key stakeholders.
• Build, mentor and develop the marketing team.
• To succeed in this role, you need to be driven to make a difference. You will be an engaging character comfortable working across the internal matrix and have a passion for technology innovation.
• Report to CEO.

• At least 5-8 years' marketing experience with proven track records, preferably in the e-commerce/technology industry
• Data-driven, excellent analytical & critical thinking skills, high integrity and ability to adapt to a fast-paced start-up
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Vietnamese, with strong leadership behavior and a proven ability to collaborate, influence and persuade at all levels
