Category Assistant

To be responsible for assisting Category team on the project follow-up, preparing data & all consolidation tasks related to category management. This position will report directly to Group Category Manager and cover overall category management tasks.

- Support GCM to keep track all process and flow of work in Category department and related departments, follow up and quickly update status until the tasks are done,

- Work on system to understand data source and watch out the movement of key products/categories on daily/weekly/monthly basic,

- Consolidate and double check all information from Category in charge related to daily work, including:

• Sales analysis data
• Category performance review
• Stock issue (inventory, AP, …)
• Website display related figures
• Promotion follow-up and evaluation
• Other requirement assigned by Group Category Manager

- Assist to maintain database, including

• Contract status
• Trading term status & information
• Master price list
• Vendor list and contact list update
• Others

- Assist category team to get feedback and answer to question from customers

- Compile monthly sales reports by GMV/invoiced sales/margin/trading-nontrading status

- Supporting the supply department with other administrative tasks, if requested

• Experience is preferred but not a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Willing to learn and willing to do spirit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill are highly needed.
