Mô tả công việc

1.      Diploma-Experience

  • Minimum Diploma level in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic, or relevant fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales in food & beverage industry;

2.      Competences

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proactive, able to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment;
  • Target-oriented and highly driven to achieve sales target;
  • Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus;
  • Having knowledge with beverage is a plus;
  • Hardworking, good presentation skill and be willing to learn;
  • Good at negotiation, building relationship, and results-driven;
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft office…).

3.      Responsibilities

Work in Ho Chi Minh city and be able to travel when assigned.

Develop and build long term strategic relationship with assigned and prospect client(s):

  • Understand and develop strong relationship with assigned clients;
  • Find and contact new clients/ partners to introduce the company's products and services (ready-to-drink products: milk tea, fruit tea).
  • Identify the prospects, turn them into the value clients and identify areas for growth/ development;
  • Make appointments to meet face-to-face with potential clients/ partners to advise on products/ services that match their needs, convince clients/ partner to buy and use company’s products/services;
  • Prepare proposals prior to any negotiations and keep track of terms of contracts;
  • Liaise with Accounting Department on Invoice and Debt Conciliation;
  • Liaise with relevant departments to prepare and send supporting documents to clients (product specification, delivery note, order confirmation…).
  • Resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner;
  • Analyze reports to propose and implement weekly/ monthly sales activities and plans;
  • Work across departments to be the channel experts for clients so as to advise solutions and develop business;

Sales strategies implementation:

  • Plan and implement promotion, launching new products, workshop and related tasks;
  • Develop, align and implement go-to-channel routes;
  • Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends.
