Mô tả công việc

A.  JOB OVERVIEW:

  • To promote low-voltage electrical and mechanical main distribution switchboards, distribution boards and industrial control panels in the Sales Department.
  • To organize and conduct sales activities to achieve sales objectives.
  • To outsource, detect and follow up on projects.
  • To co-operate and co-ordinate with relevant company departments/sections for providing technical supports and commercial proposals to potential customers.
  • To actively gather market and key competitors’ information for sales strategy.
  • To communicate clients, consecutively, to ensure for timely collection of receivables from sales, in co-ordination with Accounting Department.
  • To assist the Board of Directors in all aspects regarding sales and marketing.
  • Other works within his/her capability, requested and/or not spelt out by the Board of Directors, for company interests and smooth operations.

B.  MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual Business Development Plan to ensure maximum adoption of products in all sectors.
  • Assist the organizations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
  • Able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Keep prospective client database updated.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads.
  • Support in writing new business proposals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of the company.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
  • Assistance to Board of Directors in setting up sales targets, marketing policy and strategy, for both domestic and international markets.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Yêu cầu

  • Diploma or University degree in Economic. (Possessing knowledge in electrical network system is an advantage)
  • Having at least 03 years of working experience in promoting electrical distribution and/or industrial electrical control products to Panel Builders, and relevant fields.
  • Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills, strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure. Possessing ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment. Possessing team-work organizing and management skills.
  • Good connection with project owners, developers, M&E consultants and contractors are definite advantage.
  • Healthy, neat, smart dressing, honesty, trustworthy and careful at work. Possessing happy, good working attitude, customer-oriented mindset and ability to travel on long and far from home business trips.
  • Resourceful, outgoing and a team players, pleasant personality, open-minded.
  • Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Power Point, AutoCAD and others utility software)
  • English literacy (C level up or mastering English speaking, writing and listening comprehension)
  • Possess own transport will be advantageous.
