• Understanding HR VN industry to find, get new clients, and run ‘Recruitment & HR Management (HR-M) combo’ campaigns (60%)

Recruitment - ESS or Head-hunting service: focus on all clients

HR-M service (Tư vấn xây dựng chiến lược Nhân sự & tái cơ cấu doanh nghiệp): focus on Start-up companies / SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprise)

• Creating & developing to recruitment & HR-M products with BOD. Handle with 9PlusHR’s partners. (10%)
• Researching & developing the marketing to push 9PlusHR’s Employer's branding up. (15%)
• Others (15%): Make the basic proposal for pitching new clients; cooperate with account & operating team to ensure project’s KPI for clients; cooperate with Recruit & Coaching team in operation activities;…

• At least 1-year experience in B2B executive sales is Plus; refer banking/insurance, travel/hospitality, education, high-class retail & general service industry.
• Understanding about Recruitment & HR management is prioritized; loving the HR agency industry is a big plus.
• Can use English is an advantage, especially in speaking & listening.
• Good at negotiation, self-encouragement, high responsibility, teamwork skills.
