Directly report to the CEO, your key role is to expand market share. You will be representing the company and will be dedicated to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with customers. You’ll promote our free software and services.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with customers
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring guidelines of the company
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- As a true entrepreneur, you mobilize multiple actors (pre-sales managers, experts, project managers, R&D team, etc.) to develop innovative and winning proposals for our clients
- Catch-up new technologies, digital techniques and provide recommendation for adoption where appropriate
- Participate in other Company’s projects from time to time.
