• Collaborate directly with Product Development teams to plan and prioritize key product features and enhancements.
• Design the sitemap and layout for new features.
• Create comprehensive specifications for the development team and coordinate with them to ensure features are delivered as intended.
• Implement requirements while ensuring they are practical and effectively meet user needs.
• Work closely with various teams, including Quality Control, Product, Design, and Development, to brainstorm potential solutions, evaluate their pros and cons, and select the most suitable option.
• Validate proposed solutions by utilizing mockups, prototypes, or presentations.
• Support the QA/QC team in creating test plans, conducting integration tests, and facilitating user acceptance testing.
• Manage the product roadmap and track feature progress, ensuring relevant teams are informed of significant updates or upcoming features.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in core BA skills, including requirement elicitation, information analysis, and technical documentation creation.
• Experience in the Blockchain domain, P2P Crypto Exchange, and Crypto Trading.
• Strong understanding of functional workflows for Web, App, and P2P platforms.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall.
• Involvement in the prioritization process and management of App issues/defects.
• Eagerness to learn new concepts and take ownership of specific domains.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective face-to-face interactions.
• Strong logical thinking, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities.
• Technical knowledge is an advantage.
