• Manage WEB SITE development projects necessary for Japanese companies to market in Vietnam.
• Can work with Japanese Engineers and Designers alone.
• Can go to Japan in 3 months for a business trip (after Covid-19 vaccine).
• Implementing features, bug fixes.
• Managing developers (assign tasks, manage tasks status ...) in projects when assigning as project leader.
• Reviewing PRs and providing feedback to Developers on request.
• Sharing development challenges with others in the project, team.
• Lead and mentor junior developers' code bases.
• Online Interview

Must Have:

• At least 4 years experience as an Engineer (any language)
• Experience in project and team management
• Good in communication and organization skills
• Languages: Japanese N2.
