Brand Manager

To further this mission, we're looking for a customer-obsessed, hands-on, Senior Marketing Manager. Reporting into the General Director, you will help us solve complex and exciting challenges by leveraging our data and insights to develop Delichill-focused strategies and programs to drive Delichill Acquisition, loyalty, and increase brand health metrics.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Build the brand perceptions to different kind of stakeholders of Delichill. Develop tactics that bring Delichill to consumer heart.
• Create clear and actionable brand-driven strategies to engage with users in both new and existing markets
• Build audience-specific plans across moments and passion points (might include; Food, Game, Crypto, Streaming)
• Win support for your campaign ideas from all relevant partners, including Delichill executives and external partners
• In charge for brand strategy, social, creative and PR to ensure campaigns fit with overall Delichill initiatives and communications timelines
• Assess marketing opportunities to identify potential campaigns and partnerships through collaboration with the Insights team, data analysis, and other sources of information available within Delichill
• Understand our Delichill Brand Health, Net Promoter, Retention, Engagement, an Acquisition Metrics to identify and execute creative solutions
• Lead the strategy to build Delichill brand and ecosystem that brings Delichill together as a community.
• Understand affiliate marketing, MMO community and digital marketing
• Work closely with other teams to optimize the media plan, CRM to support related owned-channel messaging, and PR on bringing the story to the community
• Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve retention and satisfaction, and drive results

• A track record of breakthrough campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking.
• A track record of driving and measuring business success through Marketing, especially the F&B market, or logistic market
• Fluency across the marketing mix - both in brand-building and affiliate marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A knack for organization; you’re dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task.
• A strategic, business-mind - you find trends in the data and look for the “so what”.
• A creative and collaborative inclination - you love working with a team and solving challenging problems in new ways
• BA, MBA preferred
• 3+ years Brand Marketing experience with budget accountability, ideally within a major F&B or logistic brand.
