Backend Developer (Ruby)

You will be joining the tech team to develop and scale our backend systems. As a Backend Engineer you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Collaborating across functions in your scrum team
• Designing and developing backend services
• Writing clean, simple and efficient code, covered with tests
• Suggesting and proposing creative solutions to solve problems
• Work closely with tech team (tester, frontend)
• Continuously apply new technologies to maximize efficiency

• Advanced understanding of Ruby on Rails
• At least 2-year experience working in Back-end
• Having knowledge of TDD/BDD and writing tests with Rspec
• Experienced with PostgreSQL/MySQL and In-memory DB Redis/Memcached
• Experienced in building RESTful API
• Experienced in working with source control such as Github, GIT
• Experience with Kafka, Rabbit MQ; Docker
• Ability to organize and manage multitask
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Be passionate to learn new technologies

Nice to have DevOps knowledge:

• GCP/AWS deployment
• Familiar with CI/CD

• Salary range: $1,300 - 2,000$ NET
