Preparing Export Documentation (for Shipments from Noi bai Factory) and circulate original LC
Coordinate with other departments for preparing MCL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List for custom clearance.
Prepare shipping document, collect B/L, C/O, Insurance Certificate and other docs on time as procedure.
Check VAT invoices and Prepare full supporting docs to pay to shipping lines and transporters
In charge of Payment sub contracts (Marketing fee, Erection fee, Customs declaration in Jobsite, Forwarding and Inland transportation fee, Purchase contract …)
Update accounting book and reports
