We are offering an immediate opening for an Affiliate Technical Support based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The vacancy is ideal for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. You must be able to work as part of a team and be able to communicate at all levels as well across all functions. You also can quickly shift gears between projects, and never have any trouble finding more work to do.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Solve IT support requests directly from employees.
- Manage client accounts and set up integration links.
- Partner with our product and engineering teams to identify and diagnose software issues to fix and improve the product experience for our customers.
- Create IT guides and ‘how to do’ manuals.
- Conduct Daily / Monthly / Yearly traffic reports.
- Analyze big chunks of traffic data and its performance.
- Research, integrate and troubleshoot third parties for optimization of workflow.
- Work closely with tracking tools & platforms, such as HasOffers, Affise, Cake.
- Set up server to server & API integrations from scratch.
