• Follow up on and carry over with expat procedures (work permits, temporary residence cards, paperwork relating to foreigners working procedures, if applicable), as well as for an employees business trip...
• Verify and handle the employee’s entry data: including fingerprinting, employee cards, and employee accounts.
• Make plans and prepare internal events.
• General office management such as ordering stationery, office supplies, tools, and gadgets to ensure efficient operations.
• Continue with the off-boarding process and newcomer orientation procedures as planned.
• Providing administration support to HR Manager and COO and other Department (if any).
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

• Comprehensive in English (speaking & listening as you will work with expats regularly)
• Experience in working with work permits, temporary residence cards, paperwork relating to foreigners working procedures
• Experience in organizing engagement activities (in school is also counted)
