Mô tả công việc
- Document signing process (check, print, scan, sign,…)
- Send, receive and store documents (contracts, PO, orders, invoices...)
- Manage office equipment and office area
- Manage employee's parking cards, fingerprint, equipment...
- Manage employee's personal information, days off, ...
- Purchasing (stationery, equipment, name card,…)
- Visa/Work permit/Entry/ Immigration for foreigner - assigned by General Admin
- Banking tasks (if needed) - assigned by General Admin
- Payment (Cash) - assigned by General Admin
- Basic accounting tasks - assigned by General Admin
- Onboarding/Offboarding process
- Coordinate with HR team on company activities
- Support other Teams if necessary
- Other tasks assigned by GA.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks well.
- Good at English is a plus.
- 4th-year students or fresh graduates from all majors are welcomed (Finance – Banking/ Economy is a plus).
- Able to work full time (Mon-Fri).
- Have a personal laptop.
- Active. Love to work in a young/ fast-changing environment.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and sociable.
