- Support communication between Japanese clients and Vietnamese colleagues by utilizing Japanese / Vietnamese language mostly related to the following projects:

• Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration of Japanese client personnel.
• Preparing monthly financial statements.
• Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Value Add Tax (VAT) declaration.
• Giving answers to client’s questions based on consulting service contract.

- Translation of report from English / Vietnamese to Japanese

- Join MTG with the client as an interpreter (Vietnamese to Japanese, Japanese to Vietnamese)

*If requested by the candidate, join several ACT projects as preparer staff to get the experience of accounting & tax work.

- Japanese N2 is a must.

- Having an accounting & tax degree by either;

• Graduating from Universities (Major: Accounting, Finance, Tax).
• Japanese bookkeeping qualification (簿記 3 級以上).
• Other relevant certificates.

- No experience is required, priority is given to newly graduated students.

- Having good knowledge of the accounting regime and tax system of Vietnam is preferable.

- Having good communication skills.

- Knowing VBA Excel, Powerpoint is an advantage.

- Having team spirit, dynamism, effort, dedication and progressive spirit.
