• 開発JV会社の月次・四半期・年次決算のとりとめ （決算業務は外部へ委託するものの、委託先の作成内容のレビュー・修正）

Making monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results for the development JV company (Although we outsource the settlement work, we review and correct the content created by the outsourcer.)

• ビジネスサイドと連携し、予算管理、実績分析、本社へ報告

Collaborate with the business side to manage budgets, analyze results, and report to the head office

• ベトナム人経理社員の業務アサイン・管理 （経理マネージャー1名、経理担当1名、ファイナンス担当1名、人事総務1名を予定）

Work assignment and management of Vietnamese accounting staff (There will be 1 accounting manager, 1 accounting manager, 1 finance manager, and 1 human resources and general affairs manager)

※経理マネージャーは2023/3、その他は2023/6に採用予定

Accounting manager will be hired in March 2023, others will be hired in June 2023

• 出納管理、入金・出金確認・承認、証憑保管

Account management, deposit/withdrawal confirmation/approval, voucher storage

• 会計監査、内部監査への対応

Responding to accounting audits and internal audits

• 売買契約書・分割入金の管理、引渡チームとの連携

Management of sales contracts and installment payments, cooperation with the delivery team

• 語学：日本語、英語（経理実務レベル）

Languages: Japanese, English (accounting business level)

• 学歴：大学卒業以上

Education: University graduate or above

• 資格：公認会計士、米国公認会計士、税理士のいずれかあると望ましい

Qualifications: Certified public accountant, US certified public accountant, or tax accountant preferred

• 経験：経理実務経験5年以上

Experience: More than 5 years of experience in accounting
