This position will assist the Accounting team in daily works, as the following:
- Post receipts, revenue, inventory movement vouchers to ERP.
- Issue VAT invoice
- Follow contract and payment from customers.
- Help the team to look up documents.
- Update customer's database; create contract code in ERP system.
- Control contract file and filing documents.
- Perform other tasks of the Finance Team assigned by the Supervisor and Manager.
- Currently, an undergraduate student preferably studying Finance/ Accounting or related fields.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Honest, careful, responsible, quick learning
- Advanced computer skills
- Good skill in English (reading & writing)
- Working time: full - time from Monday to Friday (8.00 am -5.15 pm), or at least 4 days / week for part-time position.
- Internship period: 3-6 month.
