After 12 years doing business on different ecommerce platforms, we possessed different ecommerce expertises such as market research using big data, excellent sourcing and supply chain operation, deep knowledge of Amazon with a strong sales & marketing team.

We are now providing end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International market through our platform in a more efficient way.

Our services include Market research, Product Tactic, PPC/Promotion, Listing creation, Sales Planning & Operation management, Logistic & fulfillment, Channel expansion …

Account managers serve as the liaison between companies and their clients. Their core priority is addressing clients’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. Account managers may be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 

  • Communicating with client to ensure that the services values are well explained and all client’s needs are understood and addressed
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires. Preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the leadership team regularly
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Contribute to continuously improving the company‘s services.
  • Bachelor‘s degree in business or economics relating fields. Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier-client relationship management including market research, supply chain operations, digital marketing and sales
  • Excellence in Emotional intelligence, social and listening skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communications and presentation skills.
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
  • Critical thinking and creativity in problem solving
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability, Quick learner on technology.
  • Preferably from platform(s) and/or managing a brand‘s eCommerce business. Advanced knowledge and understanding of the eCommerce industry/technology/market/competitors/clients would be a plus.
