Mô tả công việc
- Pre-check of the contract received from trade on terms, quantity, packing, etc.
- Prepare shipment/delivery based on the shipping instruction received from the buyer or based on the SOP for certain customers. In the case of 3rd party procurement, send the shipping/delivery instruction to the supplier.
- Check with the supplier (Interco or 3rd party), and advise the buyer on the shipment/delivery status.
- Communicate to the business partners on the development of the shipment/delivery. In case of a problem, try to find the most appropriate solution, if necessary, with the help of other colleagues.
- Register the purchase invoices, and if required, make the payment, in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Issuance of the sale invoice, commission, Debit / Credit note, etc. in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Issuance of the insurance certificate, in accordance with the contract terms and the insurance policy of Ecom.
- File properly the communication, shipping documents, entries in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and in Laserfiche.
- Check the invoices received from service providers (forwarding agent, shipping line, etc.) and register (that part should not be included in the first stage training).
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Logistics.
- Minimum 1~3 years of relevant experience in Logistics/Supply chain.
- Good command of written and spoken English and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication, well-developed analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Prefer candidate who can start working immediately.
