As a Manager Recruitment Consultant, you are expected to lead a team of recruitment consultants with the aim to find the mutual suitability of Candidates (individuals) and Clients (organizations), while ensuring the Candidate’s career goals and the Client’s resourcing needs are rightly met. On the daily basis, the key responsibilities of a Manager Recruitment Consultant is: Team management – Training: - Build the KPIs for HeadHunter Team and achieve individual & team weekly KPIs - Responsibility for Team Strategy and development - Responsibility for KPIs and Revenue of the Team - Build up, develop and maintain Headhunting force - Educate & train junior consultant continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively. - Monitor & support staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure group performance. - Effectuate & develop recruitment project such as: recruitment market research, new recruitment product research, recruitment competition research. - Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates into database - Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Yêu cầu công việc
- Prior experience in a startup environment with Builder Spirit because you need to build everything at the first start (cooperate with the CEO to build the KPIs for Headhunting Team) - Minimum of 3-4 years experience in Headhunting with at least 2 years experience in management a team of at least 4 members and potential to scale the team - Good English communication skills (verbal & written) - Having strong knowledge of industrial field and market recruitment practices - Willing to work under aggressive deadlines and targets - Skill: Strong leadership skill, good negotiation and problem solving skill, training skill, analytical skill and critical thinking - Can-do attitude is necessary - Master perfectly computer tools (MS. Office, Internet, Social Network,...)
