Job Description
- Clean and rearrange warehouse at Bach Dang office and warehouse
- To update, monitor all out and in spare parts and consumable materials: lubricant oil, RP7 …
- To update, monitor all out/in tools: chain block, dynamometer, rope clamp …
- To supervise physical stock counts along with Accounts.
- To conduct the physical stock counts with Accountant if required.
- To report to SVC FOD Manager/Site Supervisor timely.
- To ensure that only authorized persons could access the store to identify the spare parts.
- To identify safety hazards inside the warehouse and put in place systems & controls to ensure safe working.
- To collect and monitor all PRs issued by SVC FOD members, record then send to Logistic Department for implementation.
- To handle all the documents of the warehouse.
- Customer Care Center (Hotline):
- Received & recorded callback status from customers.
- Assign the callback to mechanics update info on SMS daily
- Admin work task:
- Weekly timekeeping for mechanics.
- Check Field Hour Report (FHR): maintenance, repairs.
- Keep track, hand over FHR to Finance Department/HR.
- College graduate and has experience in the warehouse is preferred.
- At least 1 year in administration experience.
- Good interpersonal ability required
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- PC Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Project Management preferably).
