Job Description

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Assist customers in solving their problems or complaints via email, live chat or phone calls
  • Identifying and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide appropriate solutions or alternative methods within the time frame
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • To take initiative and go extra miles to help the customers on their inquiries
  • Keep customer records by updating account information
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • To follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess minimum a Degree or equivalent in any field
  • This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Preferably candidates who is fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese language
  • Ability to communicate well in English
  • Able to work on rotational shift work which includes weekends and public holidays
  • Strong in handling phone contact skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude, fast learner, careful and patient
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good multitasking skill and able to manage time effectively
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
