UX Designer (JLPT N1 - Project Manager)

UX consultant who is in charge of customer service design or communication design.

You will be involved in a consistent design process, from the upstream areas such as issue recognition to POC phase and condition construction, to connect with the business layer and facilitation of various workshops. 

Together with the in-house art director and technical director, you will carry out the design process based on the HCD method and take charge of the output as a leader. Since there are cases related to the entire service, it is welcome to have a broad understanding of tech knowledge such as systems, backends, front devices, business flow, work processes in major companies, and marketing areas.

• Facilitation skills in workshops with customers
• Development experience of large-scale web systems, web services, etc.
• Experience in the HCD process
• Project management experience
• Language ability (Japanese N1/N2: required, English: optional)
• Frontend development using components (such as Atomic Design)
• CSS design using BEM convention
