Planning

• Making detail plan base on mater plan about: POSM, activation, sponsor...

• Planning trade promotion campaign for Modern Trade channel

• Adjusting the plan according to the actual situation

• Making update sales trend & plan coverage

Develop sales

• Weekly tracking work progress and push sales plan

• Review sale of each system, each store to timely adjust the plan

Sales management

• Responsibility control budget & sales target achieve

• Support solution solving challenge & brands issu

• Evaluation market development & planning expand market share

Job mission

  • Planning, implementing monthly, quarterly and annual business plans
  • Planning Budget investment trade spend, activities, posm to increase market share & image of each brands
  • Planning develop product coverage, display and promotions at points of Sales
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate market information and make proposals
  • Maintain & build relationship with HO MT channel

Requirement

  • Education: At least Bachelor’s Degree, a certain level of English skill
  • Job-related experience: At least 3 years engaged the same position in Trade Marketing Planning (MT channel), brand strategy in cosmetic or FMCG industry
  • Good communicated ability
