Test Engineer

• Reviews all data obtained during all testing activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures
• Write scripts to execute test cases for API testing
• Design and implementation test harnesses in C#
• Create, use, and maintain test harnesses in NUnit
• Be able to debug code in C#
• Develop and Execute Manual Test Cases
• Familiar with web technologies and programming (html, IIS, web services)
• Attend meetings as required
• Analyze incidents for other Departments
• Execute build release process
• Provide bug reports to the development team
• Work directly with engineers to troubleshoot potential problem areas
• Research functionality and implementation of current and futures testing techniques and technologies.

Key Skills/ Experience/ Tools:

• Bachelor degree (B.S.) or equivalent
• You must have been a Quality Assurance Engineer for at least 3+ years and have strong experience in developing test cases, test procedures, test scripts and test reports and doing the hands on implementation of those plans
• Hands-on experience with:
• SQL (Structured Query Language)
• C#
• Windows client and server OS
• IIS (Internet Information Server)
• Writing NUnit or Microsoft Test
• Test-Driven Development
• Oracle
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in analysis, design and debugging of programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Must work well independently and as a team player

Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):

• Understanding of Source Control Tools: GIT, Stash, Source Tree
• Ability to work in the Atlassian suite of products like JIRA and Confluence is also a plus
• Understanding of Agile environment and working knowledge of SDLC is a plus

Understand: across some (or all):

• Domain experience in ERP industry preferable
• Large  scale integration projects and performance
• Experience with continuous delivery and integration.
