Job Description
- Take full responsibilities for tele-sales team performance by month, quarter, year
- Plan and set business targets by month / quarter / year in accordance with the company and division’s goals
- Design and run tele-sales campaigns for each season and market segment
- Manage and control the tele-sales team to meet the sales target
- Monitor, control hourly/daily/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales performance
- Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly report and evaluate staff’s sales results and the overall team performance with the relevant management team
- Liaise with relevant area managers to collect customer information related to the company’s development plan
- Guide/ Coach Sales Supervisors/ Leads on all team performance improvement skills
- Work closely with other departments, especially the Technology department, to research and build the best software to support for tele-sales staff
- Maintain quality calls from tele-sales staff
- Develop the capacity of the sales team to meet the requirements of the company
- Control issues related to the department’s budget (balance between staff’s income and profit target)
- Regularly check and remind employees not to violate the company's criteria to prevent frauds and minimize risks.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Sales
- At least 5-10 years of experience including at least 02 years in management level
- Call Centre experience is an advantage
- Experience in tele-sales management preferably in financial service industry.
- A progressive and proven track record of sales success.
