Job Description

Take responsibility for making tools working in the system, test and guide Contact Center members to use tools.
Communicate and discuss in English with customers in the collection of operation, progress reporting and presentation tools.
Ready to support team and customer at out of business working hours when there is a request.
Coaching using tools for growing up member skill including contact center members and leader.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of tools be written.
Research new technology to handle new requirements in tools from customers.
Report to Leader and Line Manager.

Graduated from College or University, major of IT
1~3 years of experience as Team Leader, team size ~ 5 members.
Fluently communication in English or Japanese
Have good technical skill at Database especially Postgres and Oracle
Have good technical skill in VBA Programming, making macro on Excel
Have good technical skill in Java Programming, MyBatis, NodeJS, Jenkins Groovy
Good working attitude
Good communication skill
Conduct request/process in the customers’ instruction guidebook exactly.
