• Managing Product safety: getting all safety certificate required by government for all products (20%)
• Plan and conduct technical training to all ASC/ASD technician (20%)
• Updating and monitoring quality issues on Company's Fault Report System; co-ordinating BIL/BICS to solve the problem or to rework if need. Informing Technical-Information, Fault Report to all Internal Staff, ASC/ASD upon notice (10%)
• Localizing service manual and giving it to ASC/ASD (5%)
• New Product testing and reviewing to BICS/BIL (5%)
• Managing technical media (such as service manual, part lists, firmware, CD-ROM, user guide…):frequently updating and making notice for Service (5%)
• Technical product training to Sales Partners/Dealers. (5%)
• Supporting corporation customers to effectively use Company's products (5%)
• Monthly report technical issues, quality issues and service issues (5%)
• Getting new product information, attend technical training/service training from BIL/BICS when required (5%)

• Education: College Degree (related this field) Engineering degree
• Computer skill: Proficient in using MS Office software. Being able to handle software related to Office equipment.
• Language skill: Good English Communication Skill
• Experiences: At least 3 years of Technical experience in Office equipment, or SOHO Sewing/Embroidery machine.
