We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our Executive Search unit and manage the main stage of the hiring process.
A source's activities include lead generation, candidate sourcing and outreach, analytics and reporting, employer brand promotion, building and maintaining a talent pool, and referral follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing strategy development
- Coordinate with Executive Seach team to define candidate personas
- Co-develop and implements an effective sourcing strategy with our Executive Search team
- Sourcing & lead generation
- Advertise the job openings across various channels
- Source potential candidates using professional networks and social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Github…)
- Candidate outreach
- Draft and send recruiting emails and messages to the desired candidates.
- Communicating with past candidates/applicants for informing about new opportunities
- Use of tech & tools
- Identify the profiles of qualified candidates using sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean…)
- Build and maintain a talent pool
- Developing talent pipelines so as to satisfy the future staffing needs of the company
- Maintaining candidate databases via Applicant Tracking System & Linkedin
- Referral follow-ups
- Asking for referrals from external networks and current employees
- Employer Brand promotion
- Promotes our employer brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms
- Analytics and reporting
- Keeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports
- Hiring activities coordination
- Undertake clerical duties
- Schedule client interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Greet and assist candidates
- Process reference checks
- Handle records and paperwork
- Degree in HR, BA or relevant field
- Have some experience in recruiting, is an excellent organizer and communicator, and gives great attention to details. Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies is preferred
- Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Sound knowledge of all sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean searches, recruiting via social platforms etc..)
- Good interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.
- Ability to work independently or team, manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
