Job Description

Directly reporting to HR Director, you will be dedicated to the search for our future talents and the animation of our employer branding. You will also participate in HR & Admin tasks and projects of the Company from time to time.

Talent acquisition

  • Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool and hiring
  • Document interactions, outreach, and screening results as well as staffing metrics
  • Evaluate and screen potential hires, and assist them through the interview and hiring process
  • Develop social media and event-based recruiting opportunities to identify applicants and secure referrals.
  • Partner with recruiting leaders and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

Employment branding

  • Identifying what about the company makes it attractive to candidates and highlighting key differentiation that set the company apart from competitors
  • Building, promoting, and protecting company employee brand as an employer of choice to potential candidates
  • Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
  • Developing and projecting the employee value proposition.


  • Other HR, Admin tasks and ad-hoc support if necessary
  • Part of the project team from time to time.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, management or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods and recruitment processes
  • Good knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, and job distribution tools
  • Knowledge of employer branding animation
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multitask
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
