Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates. He or she is charge of planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This includes (co) building a strong Employer Brand both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Participate together with the respective Business/Function Head and HRBP  in identifying recruitment needs.
  • Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Implement the recruitment plan through external or internal recruitment; collaborate with recruitment agencies if case in closing open positions;
  • Job Profiling- Identifying the profile needed by the team;
  • Discussions with managers on expectations on that profile;
  • Confronting the profile required with the existing JD and amending if needed.
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Provide market insights to HRBP and respective Business/Function as and when required
  • Being the "eyes and ears" for the HR team, acting as an internal consultant to facilitate and influence change programs and people initiatives. In addition and by leveraging business insights and strong stakeholder relationships, the incumbent will make recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience

Sourcing

  • Forming up sourcing strategies, identifying the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to fit the profile needed;
  • Advertising in the best/appropriate format using also his/her strong networking skills.

Screening & Selection

  • Implement the selection process
  • Gives feedback to hiring managers on the whole processes and candidate profile;
  • Propose improvement of the recruitment process if needed

Employer branding:

  • Act as an Company Ambassador; build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates; professional community; universities etc… represent Company in external events
  • Responsible for content posting/ maintaining LinkedIn page of the Company

Onboarding  and Employee Experience:

  • Leading the design, implementation and periodic review of onboarding initiatives to create an engaging experience for ongoing performance and productivity.
  • Creatively enhance employee brand both internally and externally so the company is seen as an employer of choice and a great place to work.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Employee Engagement Survey, evaluate results and drive the engagement insights to action program, improving the engagement across the organisation.
  • Evaluating the tools and processes that provide the employee experience, making recommendations that will generate improvements in creating great employee experience.
  • Leading the development and coordination of employee events that inspire the team, celebrate success and drive positive engagement, reflecting corporate’s core values and culture.

MI reporting

  • Provide management information and reports on recruitment and development as required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Agency
