Job Description

• Sole design confirmation and management
• Managing sole design drawings and sole products from the development stage to mass production
• Solving sole issues to ensure delivery
• Coordinating with the factories in checking processes and products
• All of the above is done in Japanese (meetings, emails, reports)

Requirements:

• Male, up to 35 years old.
• University graduate; science-related major is preferred.
• Working experience at a Japanese company of at least 1 year.
• JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese skills (conversation, emailing, reporting).
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand and deliver key points in reporting; technical thinking and precision.
• Able to commute from home to company's office in District 1
