Job Description
- Lead content & social media strategy in order to help the organization achieve its business objectives.
- Manage all own social media platforms and blog portals to garner a strong and engaging online presence in the market.
- Develop a social calendar and create weekly reports to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends, growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items.
- Work with cross-functional teams to run tactical campaigns on social media.
- Be responsible for copy creation across campaign touchpoints.
- Build and manage communities on organic social media to amplify engagement and reach.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, third-party forums, etc.
- Liaise with design, brand, product marketing, & performance to deliver exceptional creative quality from ideation to publication.
- Lead, coordinate, and inspire junior content and social media executives.
- Manage budget within the allocated amount.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- 4+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape and all prevalent social media platforms.
- Proven track record of growing online communities, increasing engagements and users.
- Excellent at copywriting and creative ideas with the ability to articulate thoughts well.
- Experienced in both short and long-form content (blog). Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Able to strategize, plan, and organize complex integrated channel plans.
- Comfortable and open to working with numbers.
- A multi-tasker who can work under pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Digital savvy, highly passionate and active on social media, and also extremely curious about new trends and platforms.
- An independent contributor who is also very good at collaborating and supporting others when needed.
