Provide technical support for marketing and sales activities, including participating in the implementation of new product test bureau, technical explanation and equipment debugging of exhibitions and seminars;
Pre-sales: responsible for product pre-sales support, program preparation, product demonstration, production of equipment solutions and basic tooling and fixture design;
In sale: provide on-site guidance, equipment installation, commissioning, equipment operation, technical application promotion and training;
After-sales: on-site equipment maintenance; Off-site situation to provide customer improvement advice, help customers troubleshoot problems; Participate in part of the R & D process, provide necessary application support for the smooth development of R & D and other after-sales technical support;
Cooperate with sales to promote the product market.
Regularly output related work reports and reports (installation reports, training reports, after-sales problem feedback reports, etc.), and timely feedback relevant work information
Mechanical and automation major at least 2 years of R & D or technical support work experience, SMT and related equipment use and maintenance experience is preferred, fluid control major 1 year is preferred;
Circuit/module circuit reading ability;
Skilled in using drawing software;
CET 4, fluent in reading and writing;
Proficient in office software;
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software maintenance;
Ability to travel frequently;
Strong communication skills, able to deal with all kinds of emergencies flexibly.
Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, obey and cooperate with sales and superior arrangement of project assignment tasks, and maintain good communication with customers.
