Working Address

Responsible for the short video platform's local life service creator management, establish and put down the effective growth mechanism, for the Creator's new and active, the overall effect is responsible;
Output Creator System Scheme and management standard, to enhance and optimize the content and creator ecology of the supply and consumption side of the sub-categories (Gourmet, pan-life) for the details page access service;
Research the industry and data analysis, regular research, establish and adjust the author's strategy to enhance the Creator's goodwill;
Through activities planning and marketing, benchmarking and other means to enhance awareness within the circle, promote the growth and health of the Creator.
Working closely with the collaborative team to promote the smooth landing of team projects.

At least 3 years Internet operation experience, local life creator resources and work experience is preferred;
Familiar with user life cycle methodology, user profile, hierarchical methodology, good interest and understanding of community/content products.
Independent thinking and strategic ability, strong execution ability, data analysis ability, data-driven results-oriented; excellent language communication skills, negotiation skills, adaptability, organization and coordination ability;
Good Professional Habits, a high degree of professionalism and sense of responsibility, strong sense of self-management and resistance to pressure.
