1. Managing the operations of the cash settlement and financial products including: 

- Operations of cash settlement for underlying securities and derivatives: 

+ Control over-the-counter transactions related to the cash settlement, Margin 

+ Check, respond to information, and handle requests for financial services products 

+ Control the distribution of dividends, cash dividends 

+ Money management of derivatives trading accounts 

- Manage individual linking accounts with the bank 

+ Monitor, execute, control transactions related to individual linking accounts with EIB and OCB, BIDV of domestic and foreign customers 

+ Monitor and control transactions at BIDV@ Securities system 

- Manage margin and derivative products

+ Policymaking, implementation, monitoring, and control of VIP Customer policy 

+ Create, install, update and change types of financial products

2. Project and manage procedure: 

- Actively participate in the implementation of the company's projects related to the department or the project of the department. 

- Develop and improve the procedure to ensure the procedure is updated and consistent with policy changes of the management agency and the company.

3. Personnel management and development: 

- Recruit, manage, assign and evaluate the work of employees in the department. 

- Develop training programs, participate in training staffs of the department and the company.

4. Making report: 

- Perform periodical reports and other tasks as required by the Direct Manager and the BOM

- Professional Department of Securities Company. Working experience in a management position of equivalent level or working in a supervisor position in the cash settlement department, margin products, derivative products

- Having professional qualifications and experience in securities and the stock market. 

- Having experience in building and implementing operational process improvement projects and new projects to develop margin products, derivative products.

- Understand the provisions of the Law related to business activities of the Securities Company. 

- Have a Securities Practicing Certificate

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. 

- Good communication, reading, and writing skills in English. 

- Proficient in office. 

- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

- English: Excellent

- Management, problem-solving, negotiation skills. 

- Skilled in allocating work; 

- Have work acumen; 

- Working independently with high intensity and in a team, agile, vivacious, responsive/flexible in handling situations; 

- Creative.
