Service Engineer (Commercial Vehicle)

• Supervise, assign the daily repair job to technicians
• Evaluate technicians skill & carry out training if needed
• Settle customer complaints regarding repair quality of technicians
• Develop, maintain & ensure work instructions for repair job
• Support the technical aspects to technicians when needed
• Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for all repair cases
• Responsible for final inspection of repair process before hands-over to customer
• Ensure the housekeeping for service station
• Other jobs as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

• Engineer degree holding on the automative field or related
• Cert on routine maintenance and repair vehicles
• With valid car/microbus/light truck driving license.

Knowledge & Experience

• 5 years experience in Automative service
• English communication
• After sales service experience prefered

• From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 16:30 pm.
• Saturday: 07:30 am - 11:30 am
• Lunch paid by company (Meal allowance).
• 14 days Annual leave per year.
• 13th months salary.
