Recruitment.

• To compose recruitment notice and posting on: job websites, company website, internal, etc. after the personnel requisition of divisions/ departments approved by General Director.
• Working with divisions, departments are required to know the recruiting requirements for each position.
• Searching, Screening the candidate’s CV and interviewing the suitable candidates to select the most suitable one.
• Updating the information of candidates in the data pool.
• Updating and following the employee list daily.

Employer Branding

• Coordinate employer branding activities

Implementation engagement activities

• Help Company maintain quality talent by developing and enacting organization-wide retention strategies and engagement activities.

Other tasks assigned by direct Manager.

• University Degree, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Communication capability in English.
• Proficiency in office computer applications.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Detail-oriented, Self-motivated, patient.
• High sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in finance, banking, insurance, and securities is preferred.
