Responsible for Recruiting and Employer branding activities. 

• Establishes recruitment strategy and plan by studying organization/business plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. 
• Build and establish effective recruitment programs for direct and indirect staff. 
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. 
• Build and develop talent pool by researching and contacting universities/technical schools, employment agencies, recruiters, and from social network, internet sites and other sources. 
• Implement Employer branding internal and external activities. 
• Determine applicant qualifications by screening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. 
• Arrange for interview, offer and onboarding. 
• Check references if needed. 
• Input employee’s data on master file.

• University graduated (HR Management, Law/Education, Business Administration, or relevant fields). 
• Logical, proactive, creative, high sense of inbound recruiting/employer branding. 
• Good task and time management skills. 
• Good English skills. 
• Good communication and negotiate skills. 
• From 7 years’ experience in talent acquisition and employer branding in global/manufacturing company.
