Participate in the review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on the testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities;
Work closely with engineers, BA and PM, CTO to the high-performing project;
Train and coach QA engineers and ensure they have a great onboarding experience;
Provide training and mentoring to test automation engineers. This includes conducting code reviews, training test automation engineers on new coding and testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices;
Liaise with QA team and leads for overall end-to-end testing plan and ensure quality releases from UAT to Production;
Loading test, security testing.
University level with a bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalence;
2-3 years in QA/Testing websites, or mobile applications & 1+ year experience in automation test;
Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes;
Experience in using the different testing technique in the test design for manual and automation test;
Experience in leading a team & working with agile/scrum methodology;
Good knowledge about performance testing and security testing;
Nice to have:
ISTQB/ISEB Certificate or equivalence.
Good knowledge of SCM tools including Git, subversion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to communicate English well
